Ramesh founded Green Catapult to help large and small companies striving to transform or innovate for growth.

At Green Catapult, Ramesh is responsible for strategy, operations, business development, research and advisory. He advises C-level executives in financial services on business transformation, digital, artificial intelligence, BPO, operations strategy, enterprise/big data strategies, governance, IT strategy and enterprise architecture. He is also an advisor to investments firms, CEO’s of early/growth stage companies, innovative technology firms and entrepreneurs on go to market strategies, market alignment, growth strategies and strategic partnerships.

Prior roles include VP of Advisory & Consulting at Sutherland Global, Sr. Advisor at Accenture, Executive Director/CTO Wealth Management at UBS, NA Industry Consulting Principal at HP, Growth Strategist and Global Leader for Accenture Data Management Services at Accenture, Chief Architect at Washington Mutual and VP of Architecture at Merrill Lynch. His experience spans Global 1000 clients across industries. 

Ramesh is an Adjunct Professor for Operations Management & Strategy at George Washington University. He graduated from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business Global Executive MBA program and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University. He currently resides in New Jersey.
